Your tasks

• Supporting our customers at reception and on the phone
• Service planning, scheduling and order creation
• Ensuring replacement mobility and customer satisfaction
• Returning customer vehicles
• Maintaining vehicle and customer data
• Preparing orders, providing price information and explaining invoices

Your qualifications

• Completed commercial or technical training
• Experience in a car dealership desirable
• Enjoy dealing with customers
• Independent and conscientious way of working
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team and a high degree of customer and service orientation
