We are the proud representative of MAN Truck & Bus Deutschland GmbH and exclusive sales partner for the complete John Deere product range at a total of 17 locations.  In order to maintain this level of performance, we are looking for you as a Personnel Administrator (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your tasks

  • Preparation, implementation and control of proper payroll accounting with NAPA3 in compliance with all legal requirements
  • Communication with managers and employees with regard to payroll issues and other HR and labour law topics
  • Processing employees' working hours, holidays and absences, including time recording support
  • Master data maintenance and reporting
  • General correspondence and administrative personnel work
  • Preparation of employment contracts and references
  • Participation in annual financial statements

Your qualifications

  • Completed commercial training with experience in human resources management
  • Ideally completed further training as a personnel administrator (m/f/d) or personnel specialist (m/f/d)
  • NAPA3 knowledge an advantage
  • Knowledge of labour, social security and wage tax law
  • Confident handling of common Microsoft Office applications
  • Commitment and resilience
