The Tiemann Group can look back on an extraordinary history. In 2025, we will be celebrating our 120th anniversary - the term ‘tradition’ is almost an understatement. During this time, it has always embodied absolute performance and reliable service for its customers. Not least thanks to our wide range of services and our strong partnerships, especially with MAN Truck & Bus and John Deere, we have developed into an important business partner in the commercial vehicle and agricultural engineering sectors since our foundation. Another important factor in our performance is our continuous endeavour to move with the times rather than resting on our laurels. This drive is particularly evident in the fact that we always keep our workshop and work equipment up to date and equip our employees with modern technology. The corresponding infrastructural conversions with regard to electromobility represent a pioneering project for the future. In February 2025, we delivered the first electric lorries to our customers with the eTGX. The ‘growth’ pillar is firmly anchored in our Tievolution corporate strategy and will be advanced by the expansion of our number of operations to include the Lüneburg and Rosengarten/Nenndorf branches in July 2023. The Tiemann Group is a reliable and secure employer - both in the past and in the future.

High-performance team

Our 550 employees at our 17 locations form the basis of our high performance. Our teams, consisting of experts in their field, master every challenge together. In addition to the performance-oriented team culture, they are characterised by their high level of loyalty to Tiemann. In 2025, 45 colleagues will be celebrating between 10 and 60 years with the company - a total of 900 anniversary years. This employee loyalty is an unquestionable privilege for the Tiemann Group and an expression of the fact that the relationship between employer and employee is characterised by great mutual appreciation. Appreciative behaviour results not only from respectful interaction, but also from taking the needs of our employees into account. It is important to us to provide them with the best possible support in all matters - be it a sympathetic ear for their personal concerns or tolerance in the fulfilment of private appointments, which requires flexibility in the organisation of working hours. We also support our employees with comprehensive training programmes, supported by our partners MAN Truck & Bus and John Deere, among others.

If you take a closer look at our branches, you will notice: Many of our branches are located directly on the motorway or in the immediate vicinity. The excellent accessibility of our locations keeps us mobile for our customers and the economy in the north. This optimal location quality also enables us to provide fast transport between our sites if necessary and, of course, the convenient location offers great added value for our employees. SThey enjoy a largely uncomplicated journey to work, even if they do not live in the immediate vicinity of their place of work. Our branch in Hamburg can look forward to a direct motorway connection thanks to the planned construction of the A26-Ost motorway section between the A1 and A7.

As an exclusive partner of John Deere and the world's largest service partner of MAN Truck & Bus, the Tiemann Group ensures that farmers in your region are equipped with functional agricultural machinery for their work and that the logistics to the supermarkets and thus to the end consumer are guaranteed.
