Once again this year, the Tiemann Group’s calendar features a variety of events.

For one thing, we’ve been attending more and more training and career fairs lately. Why do we do this? It’s simple: We love talking to students and helping them with their career planning. We realize that it’s not easy to find the right career path after finishing school among the countless options available. That’s why we want to give students the chance to get to know us and learn about our entry-level opportunities. Our visits to these fairs clearly show us that future graduates have a lot of potential.

On the other hand, our employee events are of course just as important. A highlight was certainly our Christmas and anniversary celebration in the winter of 2025 at the Sittensen location, when we celebrated for two days with more than 650 colleagues, customers, and family members. Another important event, however, is our Trainee Day with all trainees from all locations, which takes place annually a few weeks after the start of the training program.

Our calendar of events is rounded out by external events such as the Tarmstedt Exhibition, which takes place annually on the second weekend in July. The Tarmstedter is the largest trade fair in Northern Germany, spanning over 18 hectares of outdoor space and seven exhibition halls. Among the approximately 750 exhibitors is Tiemann Landtechnik, which will be showcasing the latest tractors, tillage equipment, and our wide range of tractor accessories. Of course, we’ll also be available there to answer any questions you may have about careers with the Tiemann Group.
