Tievolution - Our corporate strategy

In 2025, we celebrated our 120th anniversary as the Tiemann Group. During this time, we have repeatedly adapted to changing market conditions, so that today we are the leader in our region in both our Commercial Vehicles and Agricultural Machinery divisions. This success is due not only to the partnership-based cooperation with our main suppliers MAN and John Deere, but in particular to our Tiemann team, which is passionate about the company and the brands it represents.

The current transformation brought about by the megatrends of automation, digitalization, environmental responsibility and CO2-free driving is becoming increasingly important and will significantly change our future business and the way we work. We as the Tiemann Group will proactively shape the future instead of just reacting to the changing market conditions. In addition to thinking outside the box, this requires above all openness, courage and determination to break new ground and break up existing routines. It is about progress and further development, about the evolution of the Tiemann Group. TIEVOLUTION is therefore the name of our new corporate strategy in order to continue to be the best possible partner for our customers, suppliers and employees. This is not just a hollow marketing promise, but a large number of very specific projects in the areas of digitalization, growth and sustainability.

The goals of our corporate strategies are ambitious. We want to play a proactive role in the areas of digitalization, growth and sustainability and help shape the future. However, we need to make this clear: The basis of any success is our employees, without whom this strategy would be impossible to implement. We benefit in particular from the high level of employee satisfaction and the long-standing loyalty of our highly qualified employees.

 

To ensure that this remains the case in the future, we have created even more attractive working conditions for our employees in 2022. All employees - regardless of whether they are bachelors or plant managers - now not only have an annual vacation entitlement of 30 days, but also the opportunity to reduce their working hours while continuing to receive attractive remuneration.

This project is just one of many as part of our TIEVOLUTION corporate strategy. We would also like to draw attention to our corporate values, which form the foundation on which our work and our cooperation are built. Values such as team spirit, respect and a sense of responsibility are not just guidelines, but central elements that characterize our daily interactions and make us strong as a company. Each of us contributes to actively living these values and making them visible in our dealings with others. Finally, we as a company would like to make it clear: Violence, xenophobia, sexism, homophobia, disrespectful behavior towards one another or similar behavior have no place in our company.
