Are you interested in farm equipment, agricultural machinery, and modern agricultural technology? Then join our team in Rotenburg (Wümme) as a Farm and Service Employee for Farm Equipment (m/f/d). Your responsibilities will include loading, maintaining, and preparing farm equipment, as well as assisting with assembly and maintenance work. Motivated candidates from other fields with a technical background are also welcome to apply.
Your tasks
- Loading and unloading of goods, including incoming inspections
- Loading of agricultural machinery
- Performing assembly and maintenance work
- Conducting quality control checks
- Operating and maintaining our agricultural machinery and vehicles
Your qualifications
- Completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or an agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technician (m/f/d); career changers welcome
- Experience in agricultural technology is desirable
- Ability to work in a team, reliability, and initiative
- Class B driver’s license
- Practical understanding of machinery and technology

What qualifications do I need to start working at Tiemann as an automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d)?
To work as a journeyman in our workshops, you must have completed the relevant apprenticeship. Ideally, you should include your journeyman’s certificate with your application; we will then typically get back to you by the next business day at the latest.
What are the working hours like for an automotive mechatronics technician specializing in commercial vehicle technology (m/f/d)?
Generally, we operate on a 40-hour workweek with a slightly staggered two-shift system, which may vary slightly from location to location. Typically, the late shift starts about an hour later than the early shift, allowing us to maintain our opening hours as effectively as possible without requiring overtime. Occasional Saturday work is scheduled every two or three weeks, depending on the location, but is always compensated with a day off, ensuring that the weekly 40-hour workweek is not exceeded. Should overtime occur in individual cases, it is recorded in the overtime account and compensated accordingly.
