Your tasks

During your 3-year apprenticeship, you’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of the commercial vehicle industry and become a true expert in business operations. From the very beginning, you’ll be actively involved in hands-on work and take on your own responsibilities in various areas of our company:

  • Assisting with customer service
  • Assisting with order processing and invoicing
  • Supporting tasks in the parts warehouse
  • Organizing appointments and internal processes
  • Gaining insights into service intake and administration
  • Maintaining vehicle and customer data in our systems

In all areas and departments, you will of course have dedicated contacts available to support you with their experience.

Your qualifications

  • You have at least a high school diploma or a (vocational) high school diploma
  • You have strong skills in math and German
  • You are interested in vehicles
  • You are curious about business operations
  • You are known for your initiative and dedication
